Botanicals

This is no ordinary gin blog botanical section – this is the result of my carefully crafted experiments to determine what a specific botanical can add to a gin’s flavor profile. In these posts I taste a couple of deliberately selected gins together in order and talk about the flavors or characteristics that a specific botanical adds to a gin. In the meantime I’m quietly, selfishly devising my ideal gin flavor profile!
